Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether there was adsorption reaction between disposable PVC transfusion tube and Shuxuening injection or note. METHODS: According to package inserts, 5% Glucose solution mixed with Shuxuening injection to complete clinical dripping within 4 h and then was pour away. Disposable PVC transfusion was flushed with 5% Glucose solution, and flushing fluid was collected at different periods within 6 h. The absorbance of glucose was determined by UV spectrophotome-ter. Same method was adopted for the determination of adsorption effect of glass tube. RESULTS: The RSD of glucose was less than 3% within 6 h, and there was no adsorption reaction between disposable transfusion tube and Shuxuening injection; there was no significant difference in adsorption effect between glass tube and disposable transfusion tube. CONCLUSION: Disposable transfusion tube has no apparent adsorption effect on Shuxuening injection.关键词
