Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of osthole in Sanpi zhixuan tincture. METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(76 : 24, V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 322 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of osthole was 0.038 4~0.768 0 μg(r=0.999 6)with an average recovery of 100.45%(RSD= 1.88% ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the content determination of osthole in Sanpi zhixuan tincture.关键词
