Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of astilbin and rutin in Compound tufuling capsules. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on a Waters Symmetry-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric (15:85,V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and UV detection wavelength was at 291 nm and column temperature was 35℃. RESULTS: The linear range of astilbin was 2.00~20.00 mg·L-1(r= 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.40% (RSD=1.61% ,n=9). The linear range of rutin was 47.96~239.80 mg·L-1(r= 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 101.51% (RSD=0.66% ,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and stable for the quality control of Compound tufuling capsules.关键词
