Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction (ADR). METHODS: 1 159 cases of ADR reports collected from our hospital in 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: ADR involved 28 types of drugs, anti-infective agent took up the first place (239 cases, accounting for 20.62%); intravenous infusion caused 926 cases of ADR (79.90%); ADR mainly occurred in digestive system (624 case), followed by lesion of skin and its appendants (286 cases). CONCLUSION: The clinical work should pay attention to adverse drug reactions, emphasize reasonable and safe drug use and avoid the incidence of ADR to ensure the safety of drug use in patients.关键词
