萝芙木化学成分的分离与鉴定OACSCDCSTPCD
Isolation and Identification of Chemical Constituents from Rauvolfia verticillata
目的:对萝芙木的化学成分进行分离与鉴定.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等多种分离方法对萝芙木的氯仿层提取物进行分离,并依据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构.结果:从萝芙木的氯仿层提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为邪蒿素(1)、花椒树皮素甲(2)、丁香脂素(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、利血平(5)、育亨宾(6)、阿马里新(7)、哈尔满(8).其中,化合物1、2、4为首次从该属植物中分离得到.结论:本试验结果可为萝芙木的进一步研究提供依据.
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify chemical constitutes of Rauvolfia verticillata. METHODS: The extracts of chloroform layer were isolated by chromatogrammphy on silica gel column, gel column and recrystallizing methods. The structures of these compounds were identified by the physicochemical property and NMR spectroscopic data.
