Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To understand the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in our hospital. METHODS: By retrospective study, 254 cases of ADR reports collected in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' gender, age, route of administration, drug categories, organs or systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations, etc. RESULTS: Among 254 cases of ADR reports, the incidence of ADR in the age group above 60 occupied the highest percentage, which was 31.89% ; intravenous administration and oral administration took the main percentage, accounting for 57.48% and 40.94% , respectively; ADR was easily induced by antimicrobial drugs with constituent ratio of 61.81% ; skin and its appendents impairment cases took the biggest percentage, accounting for 29.92%. CONCLUSION: Clinicians should pay attention to and strengthen the ADR monitoring, standardize clinical rational drug use and ensure patients'medication safety.关键词
