Simultaneous Determination of Vitexin and Isovitexin in Microcos paniculata by RP-HPLC
目的:建立同时测定布渣叶中牡荆苷和异牡荆苷含量的方法.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为SHISEIDOCapcell pak MGC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%甲酸溶液(30∶70,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为339nm,柱温为30℃.结果:牡荆苷和异牡荆苷的进样量分别在53.40~1 334.00、73.90~1 847.00 ng范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r均为0.…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for simultaneous determination of vitexin and isovitexin in Microcos paniculata. METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on SHISEIDO Capcell pak MG C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase composed of methanol-0.4% formic acid (30:70, V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.
