近红外光成像技术检测认知任务期间正常人额叶氧合血红蛋白水平的变化

Abstract
Objective To investigate the hemodynamic characters of prefrontal cortex in response to verbal fluency test (VFT) by using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) in normal individuals. Methods Test of NIRS (Hitachi ETG-4000) with phonemic fluency tasks was carried out to 74 right-handed volunteers (male=38, average age 39.81±1.82 year old and average educational duration 14.30±0.63 year; female=39,average age 37.77±1.60 and average educational duration 14.15±0.64). There were statistic differences of age and educa-tional duration between male and female group. Results In prefrontal cortex,the oxygenated hemoglobin values of eleven channel were sig-nificantly different (P < 0.01) at 5-10 second after test began compared with values of baseline. Conclusion VFT can be used for pre-frontal cortex function investigation by using MRS.关键词
