代谢组学在中药复方研究中的应用
Metabonomics and its application in TCM formula study
摘要
Abstract
Metabonomics, a new subject, was developed in mid-1990s. It refers to a holistic and analytical approach to all the low molecular weight metabolites in an organism or cells. In the study of traditional Chinese medicine formula, the application of metabonomic methods and techniques has a vast potential for future development. Besides, it is of important theoretical significance and application value in multi-target mechanisms, compatibility of compound and safety of TCM formula. Metabonomics provides powerful technical support for the modern study of TCM formula, which may help to fully reveal the essential principles of TCM formula, promote the new drug discovery of TCM formula, inherit and develop TCM theory.关键词
