淡竹叶黄酮对大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用
Protective effects of total flavones from Lophatherum gracile on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats
摘要
Abstract
Aim To study the protective effect of total flavones from Lophatherum gracile( T LG ) on myocar-dial ischemia-reperfusion in ury in rats. Methods The ischemic model as made by occluding the anterior descending of the left artery ( LAD ) in rats. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ), creatine kinase ( CK ), levels of the superoxide dismutase ( OD ), maleic dialdehyde ( MDA ), glutathione peroxidase ( G H-PX ) and nitric oxide ( NO ) in serum and myo-cardial tissue ere measured. Results T LG ( 0 and 100 mg · kg ) obviously reduced the activity of CK and LDH, decreased the level of MDA and increased the content of OD, G H-PX and NO. T LG ( 100 mg · kg -1 ) inhibited the expression of N -Κ and TN -a and reduced the expression of caspase-3 protein. Conclusion T LG has certain protective effect on myocar-dial ischemia-reperfusion in ury in rats via attenuating oxygen free radical, inhibiting inflammatory reaction and reducing apoptosis.关键词
