大豆百粒重QTL的上位效应和基因型×环境互作效应
Epistatic effects and qE interaction effects of QTLs for 100-seed weight in soybean

Abstract
The epistatic effects and genotype × environment interaction played an important role of plant genetics, evolution and heterosis, which had been confirmed by a large number of research. 100 - seed weight (100 - SW) was an important parameter in measuring soybean [ Glycine max ( L). Merr. ] yield and controlled by multiple genes. Soybean 100 quantitative trait loci ( QTLs) were analyzed from 2006 to 2010 via recombination inbred lines (RIL) population derived from a cross between Charleston and Dongnong 594. The objective of this study was to investigate epistatic effects and QE interaction effects of QTLs for 100 - SW by Inclusive Composite Interval Mapping (ICIM) and the mixed linear model. Finally, 16 QTLs were mapped. Among them, five 100 -SW QTLs with QE interaction contributed 0. 11% ~0. 52% . And 8 QTLs pairs with epistatic effects were detected, accounting for 1. 15% ~2. 59% of the general phenotypic variation.关键词
