摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the significance of iconography in the procedure of
diagnosis and treatment for ureteral endometriosis. Methods: We perform a retrospective
analysis of 23 cases of ureteral endometriosis with histopathological results from 2002
to 2011. Results: For the 23 patients,the clinical diagnosis of ureteral endometriosis
was made mainly by iconography. The treatments consisted of ureterolysis in 3 cases,
ureterocystoneostomy in 6,partial ureteral resection and end-to-end ureteral anastomosis
in 12,and endoscopic resection of ureteral endometriosis lesion in 2 of them. All the
patients pathologic results were of endometriosis. Conclusion: Ureteral endometriosis is an
uncommom disease. Iconography plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral endometriosis.关键词
