Abstract
Objective: To explore the scanning technology of dual source 64 slice spiral CT Pulmonary angiography. Methods: 184 cases suspected to suffer from pulmonary embolism were examined with dual source CT pulmonary angiography to test the cycle peak time with the bolus test. The second imaging scans were applied to pulmonary artery after the delayed time of one second more than the peak time. Results: The CTPA of 184 cases were completed successfully and the post-processing technologies clearly showed the pulmonary artery trunk and its branches with enhanced uniform. Conclusion: It is very important to choose the proper delay time in dual source 64 slice CT pulmonary angiography. This method is simple and fast to individualize the delay time, and can be used as the first choice for the CTPA.关键词
