Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of doctor patient communication
rationality for construction of harmonious doctor-patient realtionship. Methods: In this
study, we selected patients treated in our hospital as the subjects for their satisfaction rate
of doctor-patient relationship. The study population was trained before treatment. Then
the satisfaction rate before and after the training was determined and compared. Results:
After the training, the satisfactory rate for clinical treatment of patients and clinical efficacy
achieved good results. Prior to the implementation of training, the satisfaction rate was
60.45% while it was 94.02% after the training. Conclusion: The paying close attention to clinical communication
can effectively improve the doctor-patient relationship. Meanwhile, we should strengthen the doctor-patient
communication rationality for clinical treatment service.关键词
