Abstract
Objective: To investigate the cause for contrast agent leakage and the relative precaution methods on CT enhancement scanning. Methods: 13334 patients who underwent CT enhancement scanning were divided into two groups including the control group (n=832) and the observation group (n=12502). The control group was given contrast media with the intravenous trocar equipment, while the study group was given contrast media with the intravenous trocar equipment and the vascular leakage detection accessories, the difference of contrast agent leakage was statistically analyzed between two groups. Results: The incidence of
contrast agent leakage in the mild and severe degree were 0.60% and 0.36% respectively in the control group. While in
the study group, only 0.19% media. The difference in contrast media leakage between the two groups was statistically
significant (x2=15.372, p<0.01). Conclusion: Extravasation detection technology can effectively reduce the probability
of the leakage as well as the leakage degree.关键词
