摘要
Abstract
To introduce fault analysis and the routine maintenance for the BECKMAN LX20full automatic biochemical analyzer for reference. The combination of BECKMAN LX20full automatic biochemical analyzer using operation method and experience in practical work on the BECKMAN LX20 full automatic biochemical analyzer common breakdown and daily maintenance are introduced. Based on the PHOSm, MC module, Level Sense Error, Reagent Door Unlocked, motor, distribution system analysis to illustrate common troubleshooting, through the use of day-to-day components and power supply are analyzed to illustrate the daily maintenance. Being in strict accordance with the equipment operation procedures and preventive maintenance can prolong the service life of the equipment, reduce the equipment failure rate, reduce the number of repair, thereby reducing the cost, as the hospital saves the expenditure.关键词
