陈皮饮片高效液相指纹图谱研究
Study on HPLC Fingerprinting of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Medicinal Slices
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC - fingerprint method for evaluating the quality of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae medicinal slices. Methods The separation was performed on the Waters Symmetry C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm) with the gradient elu-tion of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution - acetonitrile as the mobile phase at the rate of 1.0 mL/min. The diode array detection was set at 300 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Resluts The 43 batches of samples of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae medicinal slices were determined. The mutual model of 43 batches of samples was established. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint can comprehensively reflect the inner quality of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae medicinal slices and can be used to control its quality.关键词
