Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of moisture and extract of Rodgersia aesculifolia in different producing areas to provide the scientific basis for establishing the quality standards of medicinal material Rodgersia aesculifolia. Methods The moisture and different concentrations of ethanol were selected as extraction solvent and combined with hot soaking,cold soaking method for conducting the methodological investigation. The Rodgersia aesculifolia extracts from different producing areas were detected. Results The extract content by the hot soaking method with 50% ethanol was highest. Some differences existed in the extract content of Rodgersia aesculifolia from different producing areas. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. The extract content can serve as an important index of the quality standards of Rodgersia aesculifolia.关键词
