Abstract
Objective To study the different factors influencing the dropping pill formation and to optimize the formation technology. Methods The dissolution time - limit, appearance quality and weight variation were used as the comprehensive evaluation indicators to optimize the technology of prescriptions and dropping pill formation. Results The optimized dropping technological conditions were as follows: with PEG4000 + PEG6000( 1 : 1 ) as the base material, the matching proportion of drugs and base material was 1 : 4, the dripping temperature was 90 ℃, the dropping speed was 40 drop/min and the dropping distance was 8 cm. Conclusion This technology is simple and feasible. The evaluation indexes are reliable and reasonable, and meet the requirement for dripping pills specified in the Chinese Pharmacopeia ( Edition 2010 ).关键词
