摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the utilization status of oral antihypertensive drugs in the inpatient of our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical use and scientific management of this kind of drug. Methods The utilization status of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital were analyzed statistically based on DDD methods, drugs use quantity, sales sum, DDDs, DDC and the amount of sales order number/DDDs order number. Results The top 3 drugs in terms of the sales sum were calcium channel blocker ( CCB ), angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists ( ARB ) and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors( ACEI). CCB showed the highest DDDs and sale sum. CCB was the most widely used among these kinds oral antihypertensive drugs. CCB' s social Results were accord with economic benefits. Conclusion CCB,ARB and ACEI occupy a predominant place in oral antihypertensive drugs in the inpatients of our hospital.关键词
