摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Ginkgo Bilobate Extract Injection for treating peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM). Methods 209 patients with T2DM complicating peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups. The control group received the routine therapy. On this base, the treatment group was intravenously dripped with Ginkgo Bilobate Extract Injection for 2 weeks. The conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve was detected before treatment and after four weeks. Results After treatment,the conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve was significantly better than that before treatment ( P < 0. 05), moreover, the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group with statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with Ginkgo bilobate extract can obviously improve the nerve conduction velocity in the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and is one of the effective methods for treating of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词
