摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a mothod for ferulic acid of Chuanxiong and Angelica in Hemiplegia Recovery Capsules. Methods The method was adopted for the determination with Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.7 mm, 5 μm) as chromatographic column, 70% methanol - 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution (30:70) as mobile phase; the wavelength was 320 nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results The linear range of ferulic acid were 0. 1 - 100 μg/mL( r = 1. 000), with average recoveries of 97. 39% ( n = 5), RSD = 0. 83%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and stable, which could be used for the quality control of Hemiplegia recovery capsules.关键词
