摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the aloe content in Uighur medicine Compound Saibier Tablet. Methods The high performance liquid chromatographyv HPLC ) was adopted with the Pheomenex lima C18 column! 250 mm x 4.60 mm,5 μm) as the chromatography column,the temperature of 35℃,the mobile phase of acetonitrile - water (25 : 75), the detection wavelength of 355 nm and the flow velocity of 1.0 mL/min. Results The mass concentration of aloe in the range of 10.54-210.80 μg/mL showed good linear relationship with the peak area, r = 0. 999 5. The average recovery rate was 97. 53% , RSD 1.27%. Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation, sensitivity, accuracy and remarkably isolated effect, and can be used for the determination of the aloe content and the quality control of this product.关键词
