Abstract
Objective To understand the use situation of the second class psychotropic substances to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The data of the second class psychotropic substances used in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 were collected and statistically analyzed with the indexes of the use amount sort, DDD,DDDs, etc. Results The top three of DDDs were nitrazepam, phenobarbital and diazepam. In injections, midazolam had the highest DDDs. The ordering of consumption amount changed little in these 4 years,but the use amount of midazolam injection was increased fastest. Conclusion The use structure of the second class psychotropic substances is basically reasonable,meanwhile,the safety and children physiological characteristies are fully considered.关键词
