我院2011年767例药品不良反应分析
Analysis on 767 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital during 2011

摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the newest features and rule of adverse drug reactions ( ADR ) in the tumor hospital. Methods 767 reported cases of ADR from January to December 2011 were collected and statistically analyzed in the aspects of the reporter,patients' gender and age, ADR drug type causing ADR, administration route, ADR involved organ or system, and clinical manifestations. Results Among 767 cases of ADR reports, the individuals aged 50-60 years old had the highest incidence rate of ADR, accounting for 32. 99%. The majority of drugs causing ADR were antineoplastic agents,accounting for 72. 40% . Intravenous drug administration was the main route causing ADR .accounting for 79. 92%. The commonest clinical manifestations were nausea,vomiting and hone marrow suppression. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the chemotherapy monitoring,comprehensively consider the physical condition of patients, optimize medication dose,and pay attention to ADR monitoring in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR.关键词
