Abstract
Objective To explore the new pharmacy management model and to enhance the service quality of ward pharmacy. Methods The scientific management methods of the quality control circles were applied to the pharmacy management. Aimed at the problems existing in works, 10 steps of the quality control circle were applied to plan,analyze,implement and confirm. Results The abnormal number of discharge medicines was reduced from 34/week to 16/week by implementing the quality control circles activities,with the standard - reaching rate of 92. 20% and the progress rate of 51. 82%. Conclusion The quality control circles activities make the staffs to increase the ability to solve problems,improve the work efficiency,harmonized the working team and enhance the quality of medical sendces.关键词
