超临界CO2萃取人参须根中人参炔醇的工艺研究
Study on Panaxynol from Fibrous Root of Panax Ginseng by Supercritical CO2 Extraction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the technology of extracting panaxynol by supercritical CO2 extraction from fibrous root of Panax ginseng. Methods The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction process using the content of panaxynol as indicator. Results The optimal extraction conditions was the extraction temperature of 45 ℃ ,extraction pressure of 30 Mpa,extraction time for 80 min and entrainer of 95% ethanol. Conclusion Using supercritical CO2 extraction technique to extract the liposoluble constituents had the characters of quick speed,high eficiency and no pollution,with the cyclic utilization of CO2,This technique is convenient and workable.关键词
