摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the use of anti - tumor traditional Chinese medicines in hospital, and to provide a reference for the legal, safe and rational use of traditional Chinese medicines. Methods The use of the recommended defined daily doses (DDD) and drug utilization index (DUI) as a drug research and evaluation units. To summarize the name of the anti - tumor traditional Chinese medicines,health care category,the total amount of drug use frequency (DDDs) for analysis. Results The amount of sorts of traditional Chinese medicine injection ranked higher during the total amount, drugs in Medicare B are the most frequently used; the oral Chinese medicine formulations used frequency is ranked higher in total ranks, the oral formulation of the drug therapeutic index is high, there may be an unreasonable application, the injection formulation s DUI is more reasonable. Conclusion The anti - tumor injection of traditional Chinese medicines usage is basically rational, the DUI of oral formulations is higher, physicians and pharmacists should be more emphasis on the rational use and management of anti - tumor traditional Chinese medicines.关键词
