摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop the method for determining the serum concentration of Compound Amoxicillin and Ambroxol Hy-drochloride in rabbit by HPLC. Methods The analytical column was Inertsil ODS - 2 column( 150 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm ), the mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0. 01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution adjusting pH to 4 with acetic acid solution (8 : 92 ) at the flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 244 nm. Results The linear range of amoxicillin was 12.5-200 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 6, n = 8). Both the intra - day and inter - day precisions were less than 10% , The mean recovery rates for low, medium and high concentrations were 102.70% ,100.44% and 100. 66%. Conclusion This analytic method has the good specificity and high sensitivity and suitable for the pharmacokinetic study of amoxicillin and ambroxol in rabbit.关键词
