Abstract
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination for andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in Liandan Xiaoyan Tablets. Methods The Agilent G18 column ( 150 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm ) was used with the mobile phase of methanol - water (52 :48). The flow rate of andrographolide was 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 225 nm. The injected quantity was 10μL. The flow rate of dehydroandrographolide was 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The injected quantity was 10 μL. Results The linearity of the peak area was good when the injected quantity of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide was in the range of 5-400 μg, (r = 0.999 9, n=5). The recovery rate of this method was 97.74%. Conclusion This method is rapid, convenient, sensitive and suitable for determining the contents of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in Liandan Xiaoyan Tablets.关键词
