Abstract
Objective To establish a determination method of the quercetin content in Compound Xiaoke Sugar - Reducing Capsules. Methods The VP - ODS C18 column ( 150 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used with the mobile phase of methanol - 0. 2% phosphoric acid solution ( 50 : 50),the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 360 nm. Results The linear relation of quercetin was good within the range of 0.202 4-1.012 μg( r = 0. 999 9).The average recovery rate was 100.48% , RSD 1.53% (n = 6). Conclusion The established method is accurate, sensitive and good in reproducibility, which can be applied to the quality control of Compound Xiaoke Sugar - Reducing Capsules.关键词
