Abstract
Objective To promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs in hospital. Methods 25% of prescriptions prescribed by the outpatient clinicians with antimicrobial drugs prescribing rights were sampled monthly and randomly from July to December 2011, and performed the special comments on antimicrobial drugs. 129 clinicians and 6 450 prescriptions wTere involved. The use situation of antibacterial drugs were commented and analyzed. Results Among 129 reviewed clinicians during this period,65 clinicians rationally used antimicrobial drugs,50 clinicians had irrational use of antimicrobial drugs and 14 clinicians did not use antimicrobial drugs. Among the reviewed 6 450 prescriptions, 1 723 prescriptions prescribed antimicrobial drugs, 152 prescriptions prescribed irrational antimicrobial drugs. The top 3 departments of irrational antibacterial use were the pediatric clinic, emergency department and the gynecology clinic. Conclusion The rational use of antibacterial drugs in the outpatient clinicians needs to be further standardized.关键词
