Abstract
Objective To explore the use regularity of Chinese medicines in the outpatient department to provide reference for the rational purchase and use of Chinese medicines, and the management and development of the traditional Chinese pharmacy. Methods By using HIS system, the prescriptions prescribing Chinese medicines were randomly sampled from the outpatient department in January, June, August and November 2011. The supply and use situation of Chinese medicines were investigated and analyzed retrospectively. Results The supply and use of Chinese medicines in our hospital were basically rational. The frequently used Chinese medicines were dominated by heat - clearing, tonifying, phlegm - resolving, antitussive, relieving asthma, blood - activating and stasis - resolving drugs. Middle - aged and elderly patients were more likely to receive Chinese medicine therapy. Conclusion The supply and use of Chinese medicines in the outpatient department of primary hospital have some characteristics and regularity. The management department could follow the regularity to do well in the supply of Chinese medicines and the construction of the Chinese medicine pharmacy.关键词
