Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of silver needle acupuncture guided by the meridians theory and thoracic vertebral restitution for treating back and shoulder myofascitis patients. Methods: 88 patients of back and shoulder myofascitis were randomly divided into treatment group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases ). The treatment group was treated with silver needle acupuncture guided by the meridians theory and thoracic vertebral restitution, the control group was treated with acupuncture selecting acupoint nearby and along channel. All patients were given regular massage and computer intermediate frequency therapy after the main treatment. Therapies were carried out every other day and 10 days were as one course. The clinical effects were evaluated after 2 courses. Results;26 cases got recovery in treatment group, the total effective rate was up to 93.2% ; the corresponding data of control group were 12 cases and 72.7%. Conclusion: The curative effect of silver needle acupuncture guided by the meridians theory and thoracic vertebral restitution is obviously better than acupuncture nearby and along the channel, it is worth spreading and studying the influence of giving regular massage and computer intermediate frequency therapy after the main treatment in clinical practice.关键词
