皮部浅刺加药线点灸对50例脑卒中后偏瘫上肢痉挛状态康复效果的影响及其评价
Influence and Evaluation on Effects of Rehabilitation in 50 Cases of Spastic Hemiplegia of Stroke Treated by Skin Surface Acupuncture with Medicated Thread Moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To observe effects of rehabilitation on spastic hemiplegia of stroke treated by skin surface acupuncture with medicated thread moxibustion. Methods; 100 patients with spastic hemiplegia of stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group including 50 cases, and the treatment group was treated by skin surface acupuncture with medicated thread moxibustion while the control group received conventional acupuncturing Meridians and point of antagonistic muscle. A - Shi points of antagonistic muscle were chosen in the sick upper limb and were treated by skin surface acupuncture with medicated thread moxibustion in the treatment group while conventional points were chosen and acupuntured in the control group. Effects of rehabilitation and Activities of Daily living (ADL)in both groups were evaluated according to Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and after treatment (three courses for treatment ). Results; After three courses of treatment, the score of MAS and MBI in the treatment group was better than that of the control group and there was a significant difference (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Skin surface acupuncture with medicated thread moxibustion can ease spastic hemiplegia of stroke and improve activities of daily living and quality of life for patients.关键词
