摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Acupuncture Point Injection combined with Pricking Blood Therapy on sensory dysfunction after stroke. Methods: 46 sensory dysfunction after stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group( Acupuncture Point Injection and Pricking Blood Therapy) and control group( regular Acupuncture Therapy) . Two group were given the regular rehabilitation. The effect of two groups was evaluated respectively by Fugl -Meyer Assessment (FMA) before and after treatment. Results;The sensory dysfunction score and exercise score of both groups improved after one trenament course,which were significant (P <0.01) ,but the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group( P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Acupuncture Point Injection combined with Pricking Blood Therapy is an effective therapy for sensory dysfunctio after stroke.关键词
