Abstract
The relevant documents of deglutition disorders after stroke treated with acupuncture - moxibustion in recent years have been collected and analyzed in aspect of current situation of acupuncture - moxibustion treatment,acupoint selection, manipulation and problems. The results indicate that treating with acupuncture -moxibustion for the deglutition disorders after stroke is effective, and the acupuncture - moxibustion therapy is superior to the medicine. The main problems are low credibility of total quality, inconsistent curative course, incomplete case of illness, missing of quality control, disordered standards of clinical diagnosis and curative effect evaluation, varied observation index and phatic discussion of mechanism. It is suggested to carry on more serious scientific research and design, and in large - scale Randomized Controlled Multi - center Clinical Trials ; make standard of acupuncture manipulation and evaluation of therapeutic efficiency in order to guarantee documents of follow up are integrity and enhance research level. Let the result of clinical efficacy become more authentic and dependable.关键词
