Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of acupuncture on the motor dysfunction of the patients caused by ischemic brain stroke and search for an effective method for the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. Methods; According to the randomized trial principle, 60 cases enrolled were randomly assigned to an acupuncture group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. Both groups were treated with internal routine treatment. The acupuncture group was used acupuncture based on internal routine treatment; control group was only used internal routine treatment. Two groups of the neurological functional deficits scores of ischemic apoplexy patients, Fugl -Meyer Score, Motor Function Assessment Score (MAS) were used to evaluate the condition of hemiparalysis patients before and after treatment. Results; The neurological functional deficit scores, Fugl - Meyer score and MAS score of both groups were improved after treatment (P <0.05) , and the improved degree of acupuncture group was better than that of control group(P <0.01) . Conclusion;There is an obviously improved function of the acupuncture group on the motor dysfunction of hemiparalysis patients caused by ischemic brain stroke, and the function is better than that of internal routine treatment.关键词
