针刺配合不同波形电针治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症44例
Acupuncture Combined with Electro-acupuncture of Different Waves in the Treatment of Insomnia of Yin-deficiency and Fire Hyperactivity

Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy by acupuncture and electro - acupuncture with different waveforms in treating the syndrome of insomnia of Yin -deficiency and Fire hyperactivity. Methods;44 patients with the syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to Yin - deficiency of insomnia classified into two groups according to the random and control principle. The patients of treatment group(n =22) were treated by acupuncture and scalp electro -acupuncture with dense wave while the patients of control group(n =22) were treated by rare wave. Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups after three courses of treatment. Results; The total effective rate of treatment group (90.91% ) was far superior to that of control group (50. 00% ), P <0.05, which had a statistical significance. Conclusion: The therapeutic efficacy by acupuncture and scalp electro - acupuncture with dense wave excel the rarefaction wave in treating the syndrome of insomnia of Yin - deficiency and Fire hyperactivity.关键词
