铍针治疗臀中皮神经卡压综合征的疗效观察
Effect of Pizhen in the Treatment of Nervi Clunium Medii Entrapment Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of Pizhen in the treatment of nervi clunium medii entrapment syndrome. Methods;330 cases with nervi clunium medii entrapment syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 170)and the control group (n = 160). The observation group was treated with Pizhen, but the control group was with physical therapy (intermediate frequency, short - wave) and Massotherapy. Visual analog scale(VAS) , clinical symptoms and signs were used to assess the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results ; There were differences between two groups before and after treatment in VAS ( P < 0.05 ). The observation group was superior to the control group in alleviating pain and therapeutic efficacy(P <0. 01). Conclusion; Pizhen gets better therapeutic efficacy than the therapy in the control group in the treatment of nervi clunium medii entrapment syndrome.关键词
