针刺单穴、多穴对重度原发性痛经患者镇痛效应的临床研究
Pain Relieving Effect in the Treatment of Severe Primary Dysmenorrhea by Pricking Single-Point and Multi-Point

Abstract
Objective: To compare the pain relieving effect in the treatment of severe primary dysmenorrhea by pricking Single - point and Multi - point. Methods:78 patients of severe primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two different groups. Single - Point group[ Shiqizhui( EX - B8) ] included 34 patients,and Multi -Point group[Shiqizhui( EX - B8) , Ciliao( BL32) , Diji(SP8) , Sanyinjiao( SP6) ] included 44 patients. To observe the changes of pain visual analogue scale (VAS) with time of two groups before and after acupuncture and to compare the differences between two groups. Results: VAS values of the three treatment cycles were significantly reduced after 5 - minute needling. VAS values of the three treatment cycles before the first acupuncture treatment were gradually reduced. Compared with the first menstrual cycle, VAS values of the second and the third cycles had significant differences ( P < 0.01). The pain relieving effect in the treatment of severe primary dysmenorrhea by pricking Single - Point and Multi - Point had no statistical significance (P > 0. 05). Conclusion ; Sing - Point and Multi -Point can both significantly reduce the pain of primary dysmenorrhea in clinic. Multi - point has apparent analgesia on severe primary dysmenorrhea and the effect is cumulative. The pain relieving effect in the treatment of severe primary dysmenorrhea by pricking Single - Point and Multi - Point has no significant differences.关键词
