摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect on promoting functional recovery of idiopathic facial paralysis through combined therapy of spot skin on eyelids. Methods: Forty patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly assigned to control group (n =20) and observation group (n =20). Patients in control group were treated by acupunction and facial muscle movement training. On the basis of the above therapy, combined therapy of spot skin on eyelids was added to observation group. Assessment was measured before and after treatment (the twentith day after treatment) with the system of house - brackmann Facial Nerve Grading. Results; After twenty days'treatment, the recovery of facial nerve function was promoted in both groups. It was better in the observation group than in the control group, which had a statistically significant difference(P <0. 05). Conclusion; The combined therapy of spot skin on eyelids can quickly relieve symptoms and promote functional recovery of idiopathic facial paralysis.关键词
