摘要

Abstract

When the electro-optical systems that are experiencing many difficulties in the development process of the traditional electric vacuum radiation source to the THz band. Sheet beam might solve some of the difficulties. In this paper, PIC is used to analyze the impact of the different structures of cathode and focus electrode to produce the sheet beam. The dual anode sheet beam electron optics system is designed. And the impact of the focus electrode structure is analyzed. The gun worked in 0. 5 T uniform magnet, under the voltage of 15 kV and the current density of 10 A/cm2. The electron beam density is 50 A/cm2 and the high aspect ratio is 11 : 1. Transmission rate reach 100% in 20 mm long electron tunnel.
