Abstract
This paper presents a high current density sheet beam cathode used in THz device,the size of sheet-beam cathode is 0. 14 mm×2. 5 mm. The cathode is specially designed and fabricated. 80 A/cm2 current density from this cathode is achieved under direct current condition.关键词
