摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MMP-7 and survivin in gastric cancer. Mothods Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expressions of MMP-7 and survivin in 61 gastric carcinoma specimens and 30 gastric mucosa membrane. And the result with consolidation of clinical pathological materials was analyzed. Results Expressions of MMP-7 and survivin were correlated with tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, tumor differentiation, and five years survival time(P<0. 05), and were not positively correlated with age grading, gender, tumor sizes and position (P>0. 05). Conclusion Overexpressions of MMP-7 and survivin correlate with occurrence and development of gastric cancer.关键词
