摘要

Abstract

LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4was synthesized by different sinter methods at high temperature with Ni0.25Mn0.75(OH)2, which was synthesized by co-deposition. The sample was characterized by XRD and SEM. The results indicate that LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 synthesized by two-step and three-step have pure spinel structure and regular geometrical shape. The first-cycle discharge capacities are 130 and 139 mA-h/g, and the discharge capacities at 5C are 93 and 120 mA-h/g, respectively. The capacity retentions are 96.5% and 97.5% after 80 cycles, respectively. The polarization of two-step prepared sample is larger than that of three-step prepared sample.
