Abstract
To overcome the metal strip plumping, crinkle and strip head traversing difficulty caused by the poor strip clamp effect of the tensile force pressing device in the vertical cutting production line, a new tensile pressing device is proposed in this paper. A two-way symmetric connecting rod mechanism is adopted in the device. This mechanism makes the upper and lower pressure-plates clamped or opened simultaneously. It is good for the clamp effect. The working reliability of the vertical cutting production line was improved.关键词
