双螺杆泵双头螺旋型线分析及其对流量影响
Analysis on twin-feed spiral profile line of double helix twin-screw pump and its effect on flow
摘要
Abstract
The commonly used symmetrical cycloid profile line of double helix in twin-screw pump at home and aborad was studyed. The profile line structure of double helix twin-screw pump was analyzed. The tooth curve equation of the profile line was determined. A three-dimensional model was established with Pro/E to study the of position of each meshing point on the profile line and fenatures of the profile line. The theoretical flow was calculated and compared with the theoretical flow of the single helix twin-screw pump with equal work length. The research provides a reference for the follow-up simulation of twin-screw pump, selection of profile line and optimization.关键词
