摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the pharmacokinen'cs of long-circulating β-elemene liposomes. Methods:Gas chromatography was established to determine the concentration of β-elemene in plasma of rats. Results:The α,Tl/2β,Kl2 and AUC of long-circulating β-el-emene liposomes groups were higher compared with those of the conventional liposomes,and the T1/2α ,Vc,CL,K10 of the latter were lower. Conclusion:Long-circulating β-elemene liposomes can prolong the duration of β-elemene in the body and improve the efficacy of drugs.关键词
