核桃花絮化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from the Flower of Juglans regia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the flower Juglans regia.Methods: All compounds were isolated and purified by normal column chromatograph and polyamide chromatograph,the chemical strucures were mainly elucidated by ESI-MS and NMR spectra.Results:Seven compounds were identified as follows:4,5,8-trihydroxy-α-tetralone 5-O-β-D-glucopvranoside( 1) ,4,5-di-hydroxy-α-tetralone4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2 ) ,5-hydroxy-4-methoxytetralone ( 3 ) ,5-hydroxy-l,4-naphthoquinone ( 4) ,rutin ( 5 ) ,vanillin(6) ,tetracosanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester(7).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
